The CareHere EMR allows the on-site provider to capture all diagnostics, procedures, CPT codes, ICD-9 codes, labs, and prescription medication(s) used during the office visit. Information gathered during the appointment is then utilized by CareHere Connect, which was designed in-house and is proprietary. CareHere Connect was designed specifically for a primary care and wellness setting. This state-of-the-art technology manages and accesses patient information and participation.
CareHere Connect offers patients health tips and wellness program status updates. It also allows patients to communicate with other participants of wellness programs in a social network atmosphere. The patient can view his or her HRA/biometric screening results and browse a vast online medical library based on interests in topics or health concerns.
