LabInsight Health Risk Assessment
Our LabInsight Health Risk Assessments based on clinical blood draws and personal behavioral responses include annual lab processing, printing and mailing of a 25+ page booklet mailed to each participant's home. The booklet assesses each participant's health and explains lab and personal results in a color-coded graphical presentation and interpretation.
All lab results from the Health Risk Assessments are integrated into the CareHere electronic medical record. In fact, each time a participant has lab work performed at the CareHere clinic, the medical record is updated, and the participant can view all lab results on line with trends and interpretations. Frequently, physicians express surprise the level of attention given the Health Risk Assessment and the resulting understanding.
The Health Risk Assessment is a wonderful tool to educate and motivate participants to self-manage and engage in change. It is one of the tools we use to determine where our focus should be placed and to measure our effectiveness in achieving goals.
